Meditation
There are many types of meditation that a person can practice for different purposes at different stages of life. A person can meditate anywhere between 5 to 180 minutes, depending on the individual’s will and purpose.
If someone simply wants to relax and return to themselves during daily activity, then 5–10 minutes will be enough.
If someone wants to gather energy and gain focus for the whole day, they should sit for 20–30 minutes, preferably twice a day, morning and evening. If someone wants to connect with themselves through all three of their bodies, they should sit for more than 30 minutes daily.
Of course, there are also different goals that can be achieved through meditation. It is safe to assume that every type of meditation, no matter how long—whether 5 minutes or more—benefits the person both physically and mentally. Especially if practiced daily at the same time. Gradually, the person accumulates energy and can remain in continuous awareness even throughout the day’s activities and even in sleep.
